  &lt;p&gt;Fischzucht und Speisefische&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;Ich bewirtschafte seit dem Jahre 1988 die Fischzuchtanlage in Saalfelden - Kehlbach und habe im Jahre 2007 den Fischereimeister im BAW in Scharfling abgeschlossen. Die gesamte Liegenschaft weist insgesamt rund 1,4 ha auf. In meiner Fischzuchtanlage züchte ich Äschen, Bachforellen, Bachsaiblinge, Regenbogenforellen und Seeforellen. Die Anlage besteht aus einem eigenen Bruthaus und mehreren kleineren Teichen, Fischkanälen und mehreren Fischbehältern. Da sich unsere Fischzucht bis vor kurzer Zeit nur auf die Zucht von Besatzfischen aus und für die Region spezialisiert hat, konzentrieren wir uns auch auf die Vermarktung von Speisefischen und Krebsen. Unsere Fischprodukte werden den Fischkunden über Newsletter im Internet (Website und Facebook) angeboten. Unsere Stammkunden werden von uns direkt per E-Mail über die Verkaufstermine (Ab-Hofverkauf) rechtzeitig informiert.&lt;/p&gt;
